I just wanted to write you to say thanks for the great work on our
new gates at 5567 E. Lonna Linda. They look awesome - your guys
really did a good job on the workmanship. Well done!
With regards to the fence topper that was also quoted - I had a
contractor that owed me a favor for some work my business did for
him, so I ended up cashing it in with the fence project. I hope it
looks half as good as the work your guys did.

I have been very impressed with the professionalism demonstrated
by The
Fencing Pro employees and am very pleased with the work completed
last
week. From the bid and spec information provided by Troy and
Heaven to
the installation by Robert and Ryan, it all exceeded my
expectations. The
bid information was complete and detailed and follow up questions
I had
were answered timely and completely. Installation was very
professional,
completed on time and the Excel iron fence looks beautiful. Robert
was
very thorough in making sure the posts were completely vertical
and the
horizontal rails level. Cement foundations from the old posts were
removed and the ground was leveled. Thank you for an excellent
customer
experience and I look forward to doing business with The Fencing
Pro again.

Beth and Troy,
I wanted to let you know how pleased my wife and I are with the
patio cover Felix and his crew built. It matches the design of the
old trellis perfectly and looks great.
I want to compliment Felix and his crew. The three gentlemen were
professional, friendly and a pleasure to have on the job. The site
was left clean at the end of each day and their attention to
detail was great. Felix made sure the new trellis matched to old
design with great attention to its detail. My compliments to the
men. Good job.

I didn't see any Long Beach
references, so here's one to add to your list. You replaced 60
feet of wood fence at the rear of my next door neighbor's yard
recently. Last week you built a 61 foot property line wood fence
between his house and mine, replacing the 60 year old 4 foot high
chain link fence. On both jobs, I was pleasantly amazed at the
quality and professionalism of your operation and people. I call
60 feet of demolition, fence construction and total cleanup done
well in 5 hours pretty stunning. The attitude and courteous
demeanor of Sam and the crew was excellent and a refreshing change
from the more common "whatever" attitude seen so often these days.
Beth in the office has been a pleasure to speak with and
represents your commitment to quality very well. Keep it up, and
may you have continued success into the future - you've earned it!

Hi Troy,
You recently completed a fencing job at my property in Laguna
Niguel. In a nutshell, I really appreciated your company for the
following:
1. You did not rush the bid appointment, and took the extra time
to investigate the existing fence (and the downed fence) and
explain options thoroughly without sounding ‘salesy’
2. The company was on top of the bid and appointment process;
called when they said they would
3. Foreman spoke English, job was well done, clean-up was
thorough, and all for a fair price.

| Dear Mr. Ford:
"Last Friday your company completed the replacement work that I
needed on my fence. Since then and after giving much thought I've
decided to send you a letter pointing out several things that took
place. First of all, I can't remember the last time I dealt with a
contractor such as yourself where the transaction was not only
professional but you kept all of the promises you made and threw
in a couple of extras. My profession requires that I deal with
contractors on a regular basis and my overall experience with most
of them has not been great to say the least. Your company,
"The Fencing Pro", proves that there are exceptions to everything.
After soliciting several bids for a considerable amount of work to
be done and interviewing a few companies I selected your company.
Your bid was not the most expensive but in all fairness it wasn't
the cheapest either. My reason for selecting your company was
based on your overall knowledge of materials and procedures and
most importantly your attention to detail. These characteristics
certainly carried through to the crew that you assigned to my job
as well. They arrived at my home on time and performed their jobs
with no disruption to my family or neighbors daily routines.
Here's one thing that really caught me off guard, they would
periodically ask me what I thought of their work. Upon completion,
they cleaned the entire work area to a better than before
appearance and left me standing there with a big smile on my face.
Granted, this letter is a little wordy and for heaven's sake we're
just talking about a fence. But no it's more than that. Customer
service and follow through have been pushed aside for a grab the
money and run business philosophy today. For the brief time I did
business with you I'll again state that you are the exception."

| Thank you for providing our
family with such a pleasant work environment. All of your people
had their pants finally around their bodies, and my daughter was
never exposed to “low riders” and “boxers”. I am thankful for the
consideration. The entire crew was wonderful about answering
questions, respecting the things I was concerned about and picking
up after themselves.
I am generally allergic to work crews because of prior
experiences, they have been dirty, smelly, and I had to view their
underclothes whether or not I chose to. This has been a completely
delightful, very positive change for the better!
Not only will we recommend you to anyone who asks, I will also
phone again when we fininsh our pool and are ready to fence it in.
Thank you so much for keeping your time schedule, being prompt,
and the work ethic your people have.
